Members of Local Union 756 joined forces with the Teamsters union to form a picket line in protest against National Expo's use of non-union workers.  The picket line formed outside of the Fort Worth Convention Center on Monday, May 3, 2010, and ran through Wednesday, May 5, 2010.  Teamsters had approximately thirty picketers on the picket line, and Local 756 had as many as twenty-five, including the following:  Chris Bateman, Cathy Burns, Jody Clark, Linda Clough, Bruce Cooper, Charlie Cooper, Frankie Cross, Dennis Devine, Carla Grady, Jennifer Hammons, Gary Hawkins, Arbertha Herrod, Lois Hogan, Pam Kaylor, Steve Landin, Stewart Love, Jerry McCalib, Ronald Mottwiler, John Nelson, Jim Prentice, David Sebastian, Frank Streightoff, Freida Vasquez, Carol Vincell, and Michael Wright.

In resolution, the show was sub-contracted to Integra Show Services, which is a signatory contractor of Local 756.  National Expo also stated that they had no plans to return to Texas.
